Little can be said about agents of chaos that most don't know. Anarchists, instigators and others fall into this domain and are immediately what most minds conjure when they think of chaos.

But true agents of chaos are those that chaos is what defines them best. To them, chaos is not a set of goals, a principal, or even an instinct. It is their truest self.

This man appears to be such an example. Any biological features he possesses are revealing no more than an unfamiliar scion of a possibly forgotten or unknown race, at most time Ouroboros is carrying a strange and battered travelling outfit, and what appears to be an enchanted revolver. He is not confined to any behaviour and is just as likely to shake hands as he is to bite them. His tendency towards humor oftentimes paints his dark interior rather jovially.
