Symbiote Description:
Slithering larva like creature, entirely helpless if caught without a host body. Moves slowly on three small limbs, two larger for climbing & grasping objects. Each three digits covered in sharp curved talons. Vertical mouth with a pair of fangs to inject paralytic venom with. 8 orange eyes 4 on each side of it's head. Black shimmering skin. Often found entagled with subjects spinal cord. Wraped around it to control neural impulses. Three digits of it's "hands" digging into subjects brain altering to best of it's ability the chemical balances for the parasite's own advantage. Symbiote might be noticable to a keen eye, with slight thickening of the hosts neck. Though often not..

General information:
Often Vethru symbiotes enter the host organism through their mouth, though any orfice will do. Burrowing the fast way possible to wrap themselves to the subjects spine. Digging venomous talons into the brain. This happens usually when subject is sleeping, Vethru inject the host with paralytic venom for the nesting to be easy and painless as possible for the symbiote. If ever removed from the host, or host is ever abandoned, host is dead, due massive interal trauma.

Often if inhabited for prologed time, the subject will undergo metamorphosis, mutations and other experiments to improve the hosts combat efficiency and survival in harsh conditions.

Elder Vethru's often driven mad by hosts ever present host's hormones and the chemical imbalances the mutations symbiote offers to "improve" it's host, and dying in a comertable host, that has become a toxic enviorment. Due to catashrophic changes to host's DNA, they are unable to breed the old fashioned way, even if often left with the hosts sexual desires and insticts.

Low powered telepathy, mostly just for communication is ever present. Hivemind if even caught near the dominative will of the queen. Drones and warriors lost from the hivemind either are driven insane murdering rampages or unending pursuits of the pleasures flesh, having never before experienced the concept of self.
