Orphaned after an orcish raid, Skold was raised at a small city temple. When she came of age she remained at one of the back alley poor houses. Bright and caring, she tries fostering a sense of community among the dregs.

Skold dresses very modestly, usually in a dingy peasant dress or in barmaid attire when off to and back from work. She is slow to simply throw away perfectly fine clothing and, as a result, most of her dresses are a size too small, hugging tightly against her bountiful curves. Her curly black locks hang down over her brow, reaching her shoulders as they obscure most of her large, round ears. Her face is squared and strong with somewhat feminine bone structure. Her pronounced  brow and thick nasal bone gives her peculiar T shaped face. Sunk under that brow her expressive, black eyes seem world-weary but hungry for more. The dwarf lass's full lips are often curled up in a small, content smile.
