Measuring in at 6'8" if she doesn't manage to cheat the scale is a grinning tusked drunkard with a wicked face scar. Those familiar with drow and orog would assume she was a half orog, half drow- a mix not too common due to the inherent breeding difficulties. Likely a testube baby, then, the woman doesn't seem too bothered by her potential origins... but then again, she doesn't seem bothered by much of anything. It's debatable if she's even fully aware of her surroundings half the time. The reasons for this are apparent with the smell of alcohol being strong enough to entirely replace any natural scents. If there was any doubt about when she last drank there's a flask worthy of her size (almost) always grasped within one of her hands.

The full length of her jet black skinned body is kept well muscled creating a bulky, orc-like frame. Thanks to her drow blood the amount of muscle she's able to naturally build is less and shapes her body more attractively by granting her curves. With a full bust and bottom to boot she'd probably attract more gazes if it wasn't all hidden under various armours. Two small tusks poke out from her lower lip even when her mouth is thankfully shut. If one could get past the disfiguring scar and "mildly" orcish features, she would be far more comely visually than in personality.

For drow or those familiar with drow culture, the origins of her scar could be guessed from the mismatch of whip-like lines and puncture dots . It looks like the large female was hit directly in the face at close range with a priestesss' snake-fang whip. Perhaps repeatedly. Each part is heavily scarred over in a manner consistent only with the worst of wounds that show their barer was lucky to still live. If examined closely it looks as if the mass was only recently scarred over but she seems far too healthy for one recently wounded to that degree.

Her white hair is roughly chopped to be short and messy, strands of varying lengths sticking different ways with the longer strands falling across her face and hiding her half-elf shaped ears. Both of her eyes are dull in color and mismatched: one drow red eye and one orog white eye. Known as a mercenary for hire by the trade name of "Giant Woman" she never reveals her monstrous race to (normal) clients.
Some could recognize her actual name if only because she's such a loud, aggressive drunkard at times who's very fond of challenging others to duels or dancing contests. She likes to say that she was banned from all Lolthite dominant cities for beating Lolth's avatar in a break dancing competition. Most of what she says is just as ludicrously ridiculous.

Anyone who can sense anything about souls or auras may find themselves highly uncomfortable in her presence but unable to pinpoint what makes them feel off- at least at first.
