A reserved human of indeterminate age, anywhere from adult to middle age.  His complexion is weathered and a bit darkened, giving the appearance of one that has lived some years at sea. He wears an intricate cloak-brooch of obsidian with an odd looking inlay that displays a stylized blazoning of a dragon rampant.

His speech is cultured, perhaps inconsistent with his outward appearance and slightly cruel eyes.

He is a well to do merchant turned noble living in Algon, but better known as what people would call a blackguard. A known slave holder and occasional dealer and trainer of new 'recruits.'   He does register his slaves under Aglon laws, but isn't above unwilling recruits through blackmail and other backhanded swindles.
