My demons,
though quiet,
are never quite silenced.

Calm as they may be,
they wait patiently
for a reason to wake,
take an overdue breath,
and crawl back to my ear.

Elven in appearance. Kind of. The blood-red eyes didn't help though and he seemed to be a little stockier than a typical elf.

Relaxed? Pretty much. Not even those eyes could question that bit.

Helpful if he feels like it or sees some benefit to being so. Amicable but with a dry sense of humour.
