A 6'3" curvy feline female with orange striped fur, blond hair and ruby eyes.  She has a curiously short tail, unlike most felines... perhaps it was cut short, or perhaps she was just born that way?  Carlotta has mostly a cheerful disposition that might be a bit at odds with the various bits of bone talismans on her belt, among other things.
