What most people envision when they think of a cyclops is a large, lumbering, brutish creature with a single eye, no smarter than a common troll. In most cases they act as raiders or lend their strength to mercenary companies for coin. Their superior physical stature allows them to intimidate and often-times shakedown other, smaller races.
This one appears to defy the aforementioned description, perhaps comically so. Its form is compact, smaller compared to others of its kind. The dim-witted outlook usually assigned with cyclopes would be ill-suited for him; his eye conveys a great deal of intelligence and wisdom. His size and physique closely resemble that of a human male. His neon-blue eye takes up a lot of its face, with dark scar-like markings running down from it in a lightning-struck pattern. His sleek hair appears to have been groomed to perfection; it's complemented by his dark blue skin, giving him an aquatic look about him.
