This short, thin man always seems to have a smile on his face, and usually has a smell of pot or alcohol to him.  Around his neck hangs a symbol of a pair of femine lips, recognisable to some as the symbol of Sharess, The Patroness of Festhalls.  He keeps hims hair well kept and his face shaven, and usually has a prayer book in one hand, and a pipe in the other.  Looking into his eyes, one might not be entirely sure that he's mentally occupying the same realms as everyone else.
