The rather tall, intimidating creature before you seems to be some sort of unholy fiend or beast hybrid.

Her facial features are clearly feminine, if harsh and angular, numerous steel piercings pierced through the flesh in various places, the largest concentration being through her ears. Despite looking mostly humanoid, there are plenty of indications that she is anything but human. An unnaturally long tongue, sharp pointed teeth like that of a canine, two goat-like horns cuving back out of her head and perhaps most strikingly, her eyes have rectangular-shaped pupils.

Moving downwards, her overall build would be fairly slender but hard, tightly corded muscles lying just below the skin, and there is little doubt that this creature must be rather strong. Again, her upper body would look rather humanoid, the dark skin criss-crossed with plenty of scars, hinting towards a life of conflict. As befits her athletic build, her chest would be rather modest, with a steel ring punched through either of her nipples.

From the pelvis down however, things would rapidly turn less-than human. A thick, shaggy coat of fur covers everything else, the hairs feeling wiry to the touch rather than soft, and her powerful legs are inverted in a perversely bestial fashion, ending in heavy cloven hooves.
If seen naked, attention would no doubt immediately be drawn to the large, equine dick that bulges out from her pelvis, too large even when flaccid to fully retract into the hairy sheath, a leathery sack carrying two obscene testicles hanging freely beneath.
