Mara was born to the Stalking Panther tribe, deep in the unmapped wilds of this world. From an early age it was obvious that the Spirits were with her, and so she was trained in the ways of a shamaness.

Her first major vison was sent to her by the Great Cat, the panther spirit that was the guardian of her tribe. The Great Cat wished an ancient relic recovered and brought back to the tribe. Mara's twin brother immediately volunteered to seek it, despite the fact that no one knew where the relic was, or even ~what~ it was.

After four years with no word, Mara left her tribe to seek both her brother and the relic.

Physical Appearance: Mara is average hight for a female (5'7") and has a nicely curvy figure (D-cup breasts, nicely cushioned hips) despite her ritual fasts. Both twins have elaborately braided brown hair with stone, bone and wooden beads woven in, and peirceing green eyes. They also share identical panther tattoos stretching the length of their left arms. The front paws hit the deltoid muscle, and the tail wraps around the wrist.
