The first and foremost thing that one can notice about this piratical orc is his absolute massive size. He's a mountain of muscle with a broad chest, an array of thick abs, huge cannonball-round shoulders that lead down to bulging arms. His hands are monstrously big and his tree trunk legs announce his presence everywhere he goes with heavy thuds.  This all coated in one of the darkest shades of green skin an orc might have.
 
His orcish face is a typically brutal gathering of features. Broad jaw, heavy brow, burning red eyes and true to his name; a mouth filled with sharp teeth, several of the most prominent ones appear to have been coated in iron. Yet, his face has the wrinkly edges of a being that smiles and laughs often.

That said his laughter often comes at the expensive of others.  A truly evil pirate, even his captain's hat and jacket are or made from war trophies. Likely taken from brave men that faced down the greenskin in service to their country. Now he wanders the lands of sinfar, an accursed blade on his back, lacking a ship but no less interested in continuing his savage ways.
