A goo person, a devouring ooze, a creature slimy and shifty, literally.. Don't stick your hands kids, or you're going to have a baaad time.

The most permanant thing about him would be the color of his jello, his skin and body a slightly dimmed neon which changes its consistenty constantly, you can sometimes see right through him, sometimes not at all.. translucent.. opaque.. milky.. it seems to change according to his own will.

Apart from all the above nothing is really set in stone with 'it', spending even little time with Davis will inform just how freely he can shrink, grow or transform, his personality seems just as random as his looks.
