This large imposing, but young warrior is clearly human, likely from a land with a cruel sun and little shelter from it as his skin hair and eyes are all quite dark.

He bears the scars of many battles despite his youth, a testament to the harshness of his homeworld.  His demeanor speaks to said harshness, as he tends to be brooding, and downright selfish.

While this may make some women keep their distance, his body is the image a health and physical power.  Enough so that one might find themselves distracted from his lacking in charm.
