Wing Anatomy:

- Scapulars: The soft feathers lining the line between back and wing.

- Marginal Coverts: The feathers covering the wings top/leading edge from "shoulder" to "elbow"

- Alula: A small patch of soft feathers that cover the wing "elbow", from under the Marginal Coverts and overlapping the Primary coverts.

- Primaries: The long third row of "flight feathers" that frame the bottom edge of the outside of the wing, back to where they meet with the secondaries.
