Whim, the Water Woman

"Glub glub -- just kidding!"

At a Glance:

Seemingly, at first glance, a woman made of water, Whim is as her name suggests. She lives her life on whatever tangent she wishes, wandering here and there as her heart demands.

Closer inspection reveals her skin is transluscent and slightly slick - not unlike a slime. Her movement is graceful and natural, flowing like - surprise! - water. Her hair follows suit, shifting and wobbling from side to side.

Her figure is curvacious, with notably wide hips and a rather round bottom, but is otherwise rather regular. However, her skin seems to shimmer and shift on a whim, or under her control, and when idle, she is often seen making shapes with tendrils of blue.

It seems she can manipulate her form to fantastical degrees.
