Rina is completly blind in both eyes, faint white clouds can be seen covering her retinas.

Rina was born to a wealthy family in Waterdeep, her father was a merchant and her mother was the manager of the main city bank.

Blind from birth Rina struggled as a child growing up in a  city where one had to have not only a quick mind but also quick eyes, however her other senses....hearing....smell...and touch...have developed to the point where they are nearly super human.

It was not long before Rina could tell if someone shorted her coin just by the sounds of the coins clinking as they were dropped in her hand, nor was it long before Rina could tell if a street vagrant was hiding behind an alleyway corner just by the smell in the air, and her sense of touch allowed her to move almost effortlessly through unknown places.

Now that she is of age she has left Waterdeep to head out on her own, armed with her remaining senses and quick hands.
