Born and raised in Sinifer's slums, the slender, dark skinned Frances learned since before her teen years how to survive and make the best out of her chances, regardless of what others think of her actions and demeanor.

A mercenary up for almost any task, she tends to intertwine her services with her hidden personal agenda. It is rarely wise to trust her completely, but she does offer some good skills on the market. Handle with care, though.
