A sun elf of young age. He has bright blue eyes and a gentle expression on his face.
He always carries a powerful magical sword and dagger with him, blessed with wind magic. There is a magic scimitar with a golden handle and one enchanted emerald attached to it as well. He also carries a gigantic sword with blue grip and golden pommel and rain-guard. There's also a shield, dark blue engraved with golden stars, as a night sky. The elf also carries a vast number of pouchs and magic bags. His armor is enchanted, along with the wrappings on his arms and the scarf around his neck. The leather boots are guarded by magic steel, and between his leather and cloth tunic there's a mithral shirt, also magic warded. He has rings, piercings, all obviously magical and probably carefully selected to aid in his adventures.

By the way he's dressed it looks like he's your typical adventurer. Perhaps one of the famed elven heroes travelling the lands in search of treasure and knowledge.

The ones sensitive with arcana would notice he has a deep powerful pool of arcana within his blood. Likely dragon-blooded. Or perhaps he's one of those deity chosen guardians. His bracers hold the symbols of the Seldarine.
