  With his long, braided beard and irascible scowl, Tanuk seems a fairly typical Dwarf, aside from his arm, which is severed at the elbow. He may be seen with either no lower arm at all, or with a mechanical prosthesis, fitted with one of several attachment in lieu of a hand. Over his right eye, he wears what appears to be a jeweler's loupe.
