This female appears to have just reached adulthood, seemingly being around 18 years of age. The signs of her youth is still evident on her facial features and body, with smooth, lightly tanned skin, and rosy red cheeks and a small, red nose. Her skin is completely unmarred aside from a few freckles that decorates her face, which are seemingly more prominent around her cheeks and nose. Though she mostly retains looks from the human side of her family, Rellie's elven heritage shows through the pointed ears sticking out of her messy, short light brown hair and her cyan colored eyes that darts around her environment.

Though petite and fragile, Rellie has a fair bit of muscle on her legs and a little bit less on her arms. Moving on more towards the torso, the half-elf has a flat chest and a flat stomach that suggests that she probably doesn't eat as much as she should. More freckles are visible on the back of her neck and, when able to be seen, the top of her breasts and around her shoulders.
