A slender dark elf, with aristocratic bearing and wide, intense green eyes that regard you with either chilly detachment, haughty arrogance, or both. A classic fine-featured elven beauty, though she'd probably be more enchanting still if she'd maybe smile once in a while, or even allow herself any facial expression at all. Mostly she greets the world with a truly withering case of resting bitchface, and her normal tone of voice, a constantly cautiously measured neutral, does little to soften her demeanor. She's given to favor soft, clingy, sheer black fabrics in her dress, dramatically cut to flatter her elegant curves, and adorned in simple, tasteful jewelry in silver, onyx, and an abundance of huge amethysts.

Phaerdra has some IC preferences that make some sorts of ERP very unlikely for her to agree to, but they're not OOC lights for me, I won't be bothered if people propose things to her that she's not into.
