Some unknown machination carries them through the day with purpose, as though in search of something highly specific. Despite her middle-aged youth and pristine health, Claire could only have been considered beautiful once upon a time. Life has not been kind to her over the years, and her face is home to grotesque scarring. Whoever enacted it upon her did so with wicked intention--if not to kill, then to disfigure. Her martial upbringing shows in the toned physique she embodies. She wields a well-crafted blade and her leathers and chains are well taken care of, despite their obvious age and wear. She clads herself as though expecting a fight at any turn, and there is a complete lack of hesitance to the grasp she places upon her sword when threatened. There is no hint given as to what her motivations might be. You could guess, based on her behavior, that she harbors ill will towards something or somebody--but not you, nor anyone you're with at the time.
