An elderly man, standing straight and tall until a sudden attack of coughing breaks his posture for a minute.  His health though seems fine for all his age and the cough.  He is clearly a man of some means and carries himself with dignity and is always polite,  a true gentleman....

Should he be seen with out his body covered a nasty looking but long healed scar runs up his right side from upper thigh to his chest.
