She is of a celestial nature, obvious to anyone with a sense for such things and easily recognized by anyone observing her for more than a quick glance.  A lovely young woman with strawberry blonde hair that shines like sunlit honey, guileless blue eyes that watch the world around her in gentle sweetness.  

  Engaging her in conversation reveals quite the scholarly intelligence along with some preternatural wisdom when it comes to life, death and several steps in between,  but when it comes to 'street smarts' it's blatantly obvious she lacks in this, painfully so.

 If she feels fear, hate, revulsion or superiority she certainly doesn't show it, instead finding something pleasant to say about every person she comes across no matter how obscure the quality (or how misguided she may be).  

Vice.
Such creatures like her are generally thrown into the maelstrom that is Sinfar as a punishment,  or a whim of a god with ulterior motives.  Often such innocence is a magnet for the most vile, disgusting and perverse who seek to dominate, claim, corrupt and destroy.
  Because of this,  she is clad in an enchantment that encourages such focused beings to dismiss her immediately as being beneath their attention.   Does this mean she is immune to corruption? No, but the path to Falling is a long and arduous one for her.

Lights are a bit different for this one.  She's a complicated character and I don't expect her to be paid much attention because of it.  If and when she is found by someone up to the challenge to both explore their own character's depth of persona and possible 'flaws' or 'hidden attributes', then generally lights between that person and Eulalie will be mostly always green.  

For everyone else:
Generally speaking, whatever is listed will go both ways. I don't like hypocrisy.
