Zaqar is relatively short for a Drow.  His voice is nasally and he speaks with a thick accent.  When he speaks, he often sounds like he's irritated by other people or just general events around him.  When above ground, or in the company of people other than Drow, he keeps his hood on if possible, so few people know what his face looks like.  He has a tendency to appear out of the shadows at any given moment.
