A young man well into his prime, Raelius has an aire of confidence about him that cannot be ignored.   Although at times he can seem slightly immature, for the trained mind one could easily notice how carefully he chooses his words.  It's clear that the man that stands before you has some talent with manuevering people with words alone, though he would never admit it.
