A nightmarish creaturethat was once human.  Having turned herself over to the vile power of Slaanesh, her body has been warped into a mockery of desire and beauty, much of her body dominated by chitinous alien limbs. Should one be (un)fortunate enough to remove what clothing she is wearing, one will find a fat, bloated, and veiny cock with a set of pulsing nuts beneath. When she isn't mounting her victims with its mighty girth, her bestial hand's palm may split open, revealing a phallic tentacle.  What is certain is, it is no longer certain exactly what sex she is, though she identifies as female.
