Recently escaped from the Aglon Asylum. Harley Quin has been spotted running about Sinfar causing random acts of violence and sporadic acts of kindness. Although the reasons for the latter are sure to have some twisted purpose!  And please don't mind the Voices.. They merely try to control her actions.

Re: Lights....  How often do you hear of lunatics have personal or moral limitations? Exactly!  Although since when has beauty and crazy not been a package deal?
