This odd creature walks around under the cover of a thick cloak. When nobody seems to notice her, moves her fingers as mimicking a spell that never leaves the weave while muttering wicked lines of undercommon. To someone who's very familiar with the people who inhabit the underdark, this creature would be most probably a Derro, and her oddities just some form of their inborn racial madness.
