This rough featured figure approaches with a friendly smile and a definitely warm grin.  He has well kept red hair and 'Porkchop' extensions which he keeps well trimmed , but no beard or mustache.

He has greey eyes and stands at about Five feet eight inches, and seems either to walk with a reasonably good quality walking stick, or if in combat has a good quality cudgel (or two) in hand that he fights with to reasonable effect.

Though he seems reasonably eloquent, he does have a tendency to speak with a thick brogue easily leant to the Moonshaes. (Celtic)

Combat style note: Whenever using Whirlwind Attack, Tim is in actuality carrying out a series of rapid movements in between those he is facing and striking once against each target as he does so.

Greens: Women, Gentle, or Boisterous encounters,

Yellows: Collaring, Being Collared

Reds: Men, Torture with the Purpose of Sexual Gratification, Rape (Either acting or being the victim of), Bloodplay, Scat, Bathroomplay, Death

The Torture and Rape are both things that if they are the consequence of an action on my part I accept to some extent though please keep in mind it isn't something I seek actively.
