Bundled up in rags at worst and lower class clothing at best, Bell is an underfunded but opportunistic halfling ne'er-do-well with golden eyes and all around selfish aspirations.

By default, and always when on the move alone, she's shifty-eyed with a propensity for scurrying away from concerning situations, but she lightens up fast in the face of any combination of genuine praise, free cash and low risk work.
