Ego isn't your typical Duergar. Compared to other duergars Ego is superior in many ways. He dresses with the finest fabrics, he always carries an aroma of rich oils, either from his beard and hair oils or bathing. He speaks clearly and despite being a Duergar is friendlier than typical ones. However that doesn't mean he is friendly. Ego's typical day to day attire is very simple. Dark colors which suggest he might still live in the Underdark. His pants are skin tight and show off his natural bulge. If you decide to look at his boots they look new each time, clearly he doesn't wear the same boots twice.

Besides his manners and his attire, Ego has flawless skin (34 Charisma). His body is unlike a typical dwarf. It is properly proportional, his ears and nose aren't overly sized like other dwarves. In general Ego is just an attractive, richer duergar.
