Traits: The death knight of Takhisis Jayne Var can appear ghoulish when hungry, her touch is like frost, her eyes burn with a spectral cold fire, and lips conceal vampyric fangs. It is hard to categorise this queen of the night, blessed with the traits of many kinds of undead being, the most obvious being the ghoul, the vampire, the spectre and the Revenant. She can dine on flesh or blood, paralyse or even stop a heart with a touch of her cold hand, possess armours or corpses or turn to a ethereal being

Occupation: From Nerakan Knight errant, privateer, Admiral, to General of the Durakiss armies Jayne had fought for Durakiss in Arche Terre since the rule of Lord Soren Harken. In the current age she served Sandro, taking on enemies at home or abroad in the name of the Durakiss crown. Jayne now rules the castle of her former lord and master and Is now acknowledged by the king and people of Durakiss as the "Raven Queen", "Queen of swords" or "Queen of night" depending on class and faction

Personality: Social grace is not Jaynes natural gift, she is blunt and feisty and has few pleasant expressions and many sour ones. She is shrewd and observant and often critical. Her warped sense of justice is a dark testament to her strong moral codes and dark goddess though there is little love reserved for the weak and wanton. She will take special delight in exacting her harsh measures of justice on criminals or taunting and contradicting those driven by the blind perception of justice offered by the light. It is not hard to tell she has strong feeling towards elves too and chooses her words more carefully around them
