It resembles a tangled mess of knotted ropes or a ball of barbed wire, shaped into a disturbing, partial human mockery. It has dozens of thin but strong tentacles, that formed arms each paired with large, sharp, sicklelike claws. Its body is little more than a thickening and joining of multiple writhing malformed shadow, clumped together to form whatever entity this is. The creature’s eyes are small, dark orbs that rested, beneath a eerie mask made of bone, that which seemed to be the 'heart' of the creature.

It didn't seem capable of speaking, but was able to mimic voices or phrases to trick people into following it, with the ability to cast a disembodied voice, while it cloaked, hidden in plain sight. It was more likely than not, found lurking the dark shadows of alleyways and other unsavory locations, Making a mockery of human vocalizations, and 'whistling'.
