Madam Raven is a slender, pale and beautiful woman of medium height. Her large eyes have distinctive pink irises reminiscent of an albino, though her hair, when glimpsed, is raven black.

She seems to like black or dark clothing and usually wears a hood.

She moves extremely quietly and has an aura of mystery which is hard to describe in any concrete terms.
