What you see appears to be a woman.  Though more obviously, she appeared to have metal infused with various parts of her skin.  That's because this was not wholly a human woman, this was a mix between a construct and a person.  

Created during one of many experiments by a small group of Ulitharid.  This strange construct was meant to be the ideal servant, once mass produced.  Fully customizable with the magic fueled gem on it's face that pumped it full of arcane energy.  It could change it's body and 'programming' at it's users command.
