General description:
Wearing a rather worn pair of clothes that from a distance could be construed as tidy, it is obvious they've been washed too often, the color has faded of what likely was once a uniform white, there are a few stains here and there that look like a failed attempt to get blood out.

He wears a pair of glasses and seems to never be without a cigarette, a bald dome and yet excessively muscular for the way he dresses. Jeremiah is known as the Accountant, a small time crook that operates out of the slums, known to be a loan shark to the poorest and destitute, binding them in to slavery, prostitution or other equally depraved professions to repay impossible debts.
