One of them warriors more commonly known as the "Men of Blood and Bronze" or just "Men of Bronze", they are in sworn service to a god of war. They are sometimes referred to as Laconians or Lakedaimonians.

If you interact with him, expect laconic responses in return. I'm not as fluent as they were famous for, but I try to do it justice.
Now this isn't to say he speaks laconic all the time, but he does have a biting wit.
