The result of a dragonborn miraculiously hatching on the negative energy plane, this reptilian creature was found in its youth by adventurers, then raised by a necromancer with the self-appointed task of guiding unquiet spirits to the lands of the dead.

She took a different path, of course... Those who cause others pain deserve an eternity without rest in her mind, and she sees herself as an arbiter of that punishment, and a giver of peace to the victims of such wicked folk.

While she seems alive in every possible way such a cold-blooded creature can be.. her body is powered by the energies of undeath, not those of life. The fact she does not naturally rot (and that she has a heartbeat) is not enough to prove otherwise, when she is so vulnerable to the very things the undead are. Her very existance is a mockery of life, and yet she clings to the morality of the living, albiet in a twisted form.
