Looking at Shani, one would immediately notice her to be far from a native of this plane. She's a Draenei from Azeroth, who's now found herself here.

In spite of her usually armour-clad form, she has a generally shy and friendly demeanor. The exception being to any orcs and demons. Thoses would be met with certain apprehension.

Now, in terms of her appearance what the armour doesn't hide is her pretty face, which is wonderfully accented by her bright glowing white eyes, which seem to have a slight tinge of blue to them.

Underneath the armour, or in case she's dressed a little more casual, she is on the slim and fit side. Obviously taking care of herself rather well through routine training and exercise.
