Generally true, but Rajiv is a bit of an oddity.  Sometime in his past, evil acts lost their allure, at least to him.  He's still selfish and hedonistic, but he's more considerate of others than the average Rak, and less willing (or even unwilling) to act in evil ways.

That isn't to say that he is now a good being.  He still uses his powers to get what he wants, and he does seem to like nice things, beautiful women, and nicely made weapons.  

Rajiv is a male Rakshasa of indeterminate age.  He has a deep voice, and is tall and well built, with tiger markings all over his body.  His hands are a bit odd, and may draw attention.  His eyes are very interesting, very dark and deep, and hard to look away from, specially if they are turned on someone due to some interest from Rajiv.

Red Lights:  Sexual interaction with non-females, partaking in extreme or significant levels of BSDM or torture (and all other Sinfar limits, of course)

Yellow Lights:  Lesser levels of BSDM (mostly giving)

Green Lights:  Rajiv being dominant, all forms of sexual interaction with females, mental domination and hypnosis (giving)
