"Doctor Von Hoeppner, I presume?"

In her previous life, Doctor Irene Von Hoeppner was a brilliant scientist living a cushy life in Berlin, dabbling in astronomy, chemistry, physics, theoretical physics, and indulging in anthropology as well as archaelogy as a hobby on the side.  

What a fuckin' nerd.

This all changed one fateful day when she was on a dig with her long time friend, an explorer by the name of Lora Craft.  That day they managed to discover some sort of interdimensional eldritch artifact, an artifact containing unspeakable amounts of power. Disaster struck Irene while she was experimenting with the artifact in her Laboratory back in Berlin, and she was sent to the realm of Sinfar.

Stuck in this realm, it's up to her to rely on her wits and what she remembered of those high school nights spent playing the popular board game, Dungeons & Dragons to survive.
