When first seen closely, this moon elven woman might well be mistaken for Nim Elen, with their resemblance striking enough to cause first thought that maybe the other elf has gone adventurous and dyed her hair copper brown or chosen to wear a long well-made wig of that shade.

Any such misperception ends immediately, though, when one glimpse of this woman's eyes finds them not emerald but a captivating hue somewhere between hazel and amber, like a gaze into intense cool fire that, once met, proves hard to look away from.  Those eyes, in their ever thoughtful, often direct focus, project a deep carefully considering intelligence that sees beyond the surface of things toward whatever deeper meaning or consequence may lay within.

Other distinct qualities set Rossel still further apart.  Whether standing or seated, her posture is upright and proper, with her delicate hands placed in keeping with societal manners when not employed, and her handling of any item presented to her precise, as if all were ingrained from early age until simply part of her.  Her way of speaking conveys that impression even more, through articulate pronounciation and thorough command of the chosen language of the moment, whether elven, common, or another that she reveals understanding of,  as she delivers what she says with both an aire of calm direct authority and the care of an accomplished diplomat.

Together, despite appearance of being but in the blossom of womanhood and an elven voice of disarmingly soothing quality, these impressions convey sense that Rossel is both from some position of influence and accustomed to wielding it, earning regard from actual adept competence, rather than coercion or exaggerated self-importance.

Likely seen in rich garments embroidered with a wealth of small detailed arcane symbology in gold thread, an ornate chain of gold and emerald with golden heart pendant symbolically wrapped in its lower fourth with the shape of a leaf is also prominently displayed about her neck.  Further tiny engravings of arcane script appear throughout the necklace's goldwork at all places except the front of the heart, which bears symbol of an evergreen tree surrounded by a wreath of vines.

Beneath outer mostly covering clothing, in what may be seen of her, Rossel is slender-lined and feminine.  Though without the obvious raking fitness of the agile sister to whom she bears such close resemblance in face and stature, still she shows evidence of a consistent care taken toward health, appearance and ability.  If anything, viewed together, of the two, she would be the softer appearing, and just a little more fully curved.
