The creature here is a kobold - a rather strange one at that. Standing at just over three and a half feet in height he towers above most of his kin with a relatively thickly-set body covered in pale, green scales.

Between his legs rests something that betrays his 'pure' reptilian nature, a plump sheath that covers all but the tip of reptilian dick and a pair of large, walnut sized balls that weigh his sack down low.

What little clothing the kobold wears is worn and tattered -  the few bits of metal left are covered in a fine layer of rust. It's clear that the kobold either takes little care of his equipment compared to himself or treasures the ragged clothing too much to part with.
