Staunch and reclusive, Anien stands at a mere 4 feet 9 inches above the ground, with an average slender elven build. As she walks the streets she generally tries to keep to herself, rarely making eye contact. It would not be a stretch to assume she is mistrustful toward strangers.

Gaunt of form, she carries a haunted look. It is not uncommon for her to  be seen talking to herself, or staring  prominently in a direction, as if she sees something others cannot.

Though usually hidden underneath a cloak, the elf sports thick, unkempt auburn hair, tied in numerous braids along her back.

Anien's usual disposition is distant and ill tempered. She can usually be found with a knife on her hip, and a walking-stick at her side. She doesn't seem to be afraid to use them if someone gets in her way.

if one were to see her bare back, they would notice 10 prominent lash marks.
