Obfuscation
° Neoh possesses the passive ability of supernatural stealth, and being able to fade away in plain sight.

° He also claims the active power of further enhancing this obfuscation, making his passive ability more effective, and allows for some other shade-inducing powers.

Teleportation
° The Phantom Beast has proven able to instantly teleport from one location to the next. He calls this 'Blinking'.

RP Power - Phantom Eyes
Details
° Neoh's 'Phantom Eyes' allow him to see that of which is otherwise hidden, or unknown. A creature's true nature, something residing within their soul, emotional turmoil, strengths, weaknesses, and so on. He sees the world in auras and essences.

° Still growing into this power, Neoh sometimes finds himself overstimulated by what he sees, which can lead to headaches. Due to this, he often wears a blindfold, acting as filter for his power.

° Additionally, it is worth noting that Neoh is blind in the traditional sense. The physical realm is beyond his visual capabilities.

Body
° The creature's fur is silken smooth and feels very much like velvet to the touch.

° One can gauge Neoh's mood by looking at his tail.

° The creature's teeth are pointed, sharp, and shark-like.

° Neoh wears a mask that obscures his eyes. Is he blind? Well, his body language certainly does not suggest that.

° If one was to see Neoh's eyes, they would be met by two ghostly swirls, as if tiny galaxies resting above his snout. Some may consider these visual organs beautiful, but most would likely brand them unsettling.

° Neoh does not have finger pads. Beyond his second knuckle on each digit, a slender, ivory claw exposes its needle-like self.

Sexual Details
° Neoh is as his size would suggest, rather petite, something which also extends to what hides within his fuzzy sheath. At full mast, he presents a five inch member, including a small knot.

° The creature's arousal will further enhance his pheromones, that sugary sweet scent growing more prevalent in response.

° Additionally, Neoh's body and fluids follow this same concept, as they taste pastry sweet. Of course, where the purpose of this natural curiosity revolves around catching prey, it can certainly be enjoyed in other ways.
