Reaha is from a human offshoot called the Domina.  As their name might suggest the Domina have an instinctive urge to control the people around them.  They will constantly fight each other for dominance, with the looser almost always becoming enslaved to the winner.  When a Domina submits to another they gradually lose their ability to become male, and their personality shifts to become more subservient.

Back-Story

Reaha is the child of the Domina Serwyn, and a planeswalker named Mother Joy.  Given the nature of both individuals she's never been sure which of them fathered her and which birthed her.  Educated in magic and seeking to escape the constant infighting of her people Reaha choose to become a planeswalker like her parent and left her home reality.  Flicking between one world after another Reaha has chosen to settle in Sinfar, as the peculiarities of the universe seem to congregate here for easy study.
