The choker itself, aside from the scent permeating the air around her, is a family heirloom, dating back to her ancestor, Sophia Lovelace. Made from a black ribbon that is replaced every century or so, the clasp lies behind her neck, made of delicate dull gold metal. Nestled in the front of the choker is a dull golden medallion with her house sigil on it.
