Evie was a fairly normal looking woman, if a bit on the young side. Probably a bit scrawny, the hallmark of someone that didn't exactly have a regular set of meals. She could probably be pretty if she cleaned up right, but you'd be a lot more likely to see smudges on her face than makeup. Her red hair stood out a bit, but it had the dull tinge of a street rat, rather than the shine of a high class sort.

For the most part, she seemed lithe, cagey, and a bit jaded from the time she's spent on the streets. She speaks with a definite lower class/street twang, on rough par with a Cockney accent.

Lately she's often seen wearing clothing a lot more expensive than a street rat like her might afford - ill-fitting clothing, at that, suggesting that perhaps she wasn't the original owner.
